The mosaic bowls are 11 3/4", 9 1/2" and 7 1/2" in diameter and 3 1/4" tall. They're lathe turned from mahogany with 24 angular segments for the large bowl and 18 angular segments for the two smaller bowls, and have stained glass mosaics inlaid into the tops on 1/8" marine plywood substrates. The top rims are undercut to approximately the wall thickness. The inside surfaces are coated with gold acrylic paint and the bowls are finished with stain and gel polyurethane varnish.
